Une minute du film a été diffusé à Las Vegas, et apparemment ça a mis sur le cul la majorité des journalistes présents.

It's hard to really comment on only 60 seconds of Gravity, because all I wanted is to see more and more. The film involves two astronauts working on a space station, when a meteor shower destroys everything, knocking them floating into space. We got to see a brief glimpse of the space station orbiting above Earth as well as the accident, and some of the shots of Sandra Bullock being knocked away. Breathtaking is truly the best kind of word to use for this footage, but I would even go so far as to compare some of the shots we saw to Kubrick's seminal 2001: A Space Odyssey. Not that it will be that revolutionary (because how much ever is anymore?) but mostly that Cuarón's is at that level of incredible sci-fi cinema in visuals and storytelling.

I really wish this footage, or some marketing, some tease, was online and publicly available. This film has the potential be embraced by the sci-fi community in a huge way and I'm a bit surprised Warner Bros hasn't shown anything at all yet. This was the first glimpse of any footage I've seen and it still remains one of the few sci-fi movies coming up that I believe will define the new sci-fi era. It was a brief clip and I don't want to overhype it with the 2001 comparison, but this isn't the first time that comparison has been made, and I believe it may be accurate at least in regards to the cinematic experience.

En plus c'est Del Toro qui avait dit à un journaliste que Cuaron avait présenté son projet à James Cameron, et que celui-ci lui avait dit que Gravity était beaucoup trop ambitieux sur la forme et que même lui tenterait pas un truc pareil. Sérieux ce film ça va devenir rapidement mon attente number one. (y'a juste le casting pour le moment qui me rebute)

Tu sais moi les blockbuster Hollywood et cie avec Cruise coupe de cheveux fashion, beau gosse et cie et un trailer qui m'a déjà tout raconté... Mais sinon j'y vais ce soir justement parce qu'un pote possède 4 places de ciné et du coup je me fais inviter.
